Shipment Processing Time

Because every piece of stained glass is carefully handcrafted, all orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 5-7 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your custom glass art, we will contact you via email.

Because stained glass is fragile, we use premium shipping partners and highly secure packaging methods to ensure your art arrives safely. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please bear in mind that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, high holiday shipping volumes, or courier staffing issues in your destination country may slightly extend delivery times.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

CozyGlassArt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). As we ship worldwide, different countries have different import laws. We will do our best to mediate these issues and provide accurate shipping documentation to prevent any unnecessary added costs.

Damages

CozyGlassArt takes extreme care in packaging our fragile items, but we are ultimately not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once they are handed over to the courier.

If you received your stained glass order damaged (e.g., the glass is cracked or the box is crushed), please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim immediately. Once a claim has been made, please contact us at support@cozyglassart.com and refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more instructions on how we can help replace your item.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as couriers require photographic proof of the box and the broken item.
